Delivery Policy
At Amelie, we prioritize the timely and careful delivery of your flowers. Please review our delivery guidelines below:
Delivery Areas
We offer same-day delivery within a 30-mile radius of our store in downtown Los Angeles. For deliveries outside this range, please contact us to confirm availability.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day delivery.
For orders placed after 6:00 PM, delivery will be scheduled for the next business day unless special date arrangements are made.
Delivery Timing
Standard deliveries occur between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
We will deliver according to our regular schedule unless a specific time delivery fee is paid, and we cannot be held responsible for missed time requests. For time-sensitive deliveries (e.g., events), please contact us to confirm availability.
Delivery Fees
A delivery fee applies based on the recipient's location and is calculated at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for rush deliveries or deliveries outside the standard zone.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable, we will leave the flowers in a safe, secure location if possible (e.g., with a neighbor, in a shaded area).
If we cannot leave the flowers safely, we will attempt a second delivery for an additional charge.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
If the address is incorrect and requires a second delivery attempt, a $30 re-delivery fee will be charged.
Special Delivery Instructions
Please include any special delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, apartment numbers, preferred times) during checkout or contact us directly.
Holiday Deliveries
During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may vary due to high demand. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your flowers have been successfully delivered.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If the delivery location is in a restricted-access area (e.g., hospitals, office buildings), it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure access or inform the recipient.
Non-Delivery Circumstances
If an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, recipient unavailability), we will notify you immediately to reschedule or offer a refund.
