Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Since flowers are delicate and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order is delivered. After delivery, flowers can change rapidly, and we can’t ensure they’ll be stored properly.

We will consider a return or refund only if:

  • The flowers or arrangement you received are completely wrong (wrong flowers or incorrect size).

  • Please note: Minor differences (like missing flowers, substitutions, packaging, or vases) aren’t eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

  • We can’t offer refunds based on personal preferences (e.g., if you don’t like the arrangement or change your mind after delivery).

  • Once flowers are prepared for your order, we cannot issue a refund.

  • If needed, we can help reschedule your delivery or offer store credit for future purchases.

 


 

Order Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes to your order must be made directly with one of our managers during business hours. The cancellation is only official once we confirm it with you.

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, with a $30 service fee.

  • After 24 hours, we can’t process refunds or cancellations.

 


 

Post-Delivery Responsibility

  • Once your order is delivered, we’re no longer responsible for the flowers’ condition. If you pick up your order, please check it before leaving the store.

  • It’s your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and date. If there’s an incorrect address, we’ll charge a $30 fee for a second delivery attempt.

 


 

Substitutions

  • Sometimes, flower availability changes, especially during busy seasons. If we need to substitute flowers, we’ll ensure the replacement is of equal or greater value and keeps the arrangement just as beautiful.
